We were "under contract" with another provider who constantly charged us hidden fees, provided faulty equipment, refused to replace it in less than 5-10 days, then charged us for the return of the faulty equipment, and charged us for the replacement of it! There was never a local number to call, and our "guy on the ground" consistently refused to come to our place of business and assist us. In three years, we saw him haunt our doorstep once.
